Terms of Service

Welcome to EduApp.Cloud. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our unified communication wallet services. By creating an account or accessing the portal, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Wallet & Financial Policies

EduApp operates on a prepaid wallet model:

• Credits and Validity: All recharges add messaging credits to your wallet balance. Recharges are subject to DLT template fees and network transaction processing fees.
• Prepaid Non-Refundability: Paid wallet balances are non-refundable except in the case of WhatsApp delivery failures.
• WhatsApp Refund Schedule: WhatsApp template or session messages that fail to deliver are consolidated daily and refunded in a single combined transaction exactly 2 days after the failure occurred. SMS failures do not trigger wallet refunds.

2. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the messaging service to send unsolicited messages, spam, harassment, phishing links, or content violating local laws. In India, you must register your headers, templates, and entities with the DLT registry prior to dispatching SMS traffic.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately if we detect spam activity or violation of DLT/Meta policies.

3. API Usage

Developer integrations must use client API keys securely. You are responsible for keeping your API Key and Secret confidential. Rate limits and query parameters must be adhered to in accordance with the developer documentation.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee up to 99.9% gateway uptime, delivery speed and success rates depend on operator networks and Meta services. EduApp.Cloud is not liable for delayed notifications or failures arising from operator outages or incorrect DLT variable mapping.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Begusarai, Bihar, India.
