EduApp may provide its Educational Institution Management ERP Software at no additional software subscription cost with selected eligible EduApp Communication Wallet plans.
The Free ERP facility is linked to the institution's EduApp Communication Wallet and will remain available subject to the terms of the selected plan and maintenance of an active wallet balance.
To keep the Free ERP active, the institution must maintain a positive balance in its EduApp Communication Wallet.
If the available wallet balance becomes ₹0 (zero), access to the ERP may be automatically suspended until the wallet is recharged.
Once an eligible wallet recharge is successfully completed, ERP access may be automatically restored, subject to the applicable plan conditions.
A single EduApp Wallet may be used for supported communication services, including:
Charges for communication will be deducted from the same wallet according to the applicable rates.
The Free ERP is offered as part of the EduApp ecosystem and includes integrated communication functionality.
System-defined communication templates and essential messaging features provided within the Free ERP will remain active and cannot be disabled by the institution where they are required for the functioning of the plan.
SMS and WhatsApp communication services integrated with the Free ERP will remain operational while the ERP and wallet are active, subject to sufficient wallet balance, applicable messaging charges, regulatory requirements, and availability of the respective communication channel.
Depending on the modules and features being used, the ERP may generate communications for events such as:
Applicable communication charges will be deducted from the EduApp Wallet.
Templates provided as part of the standard Free ERP configuration may be predefined and maintained by EduApp.
Institutions may be permitted to create or customize additional templates where supported by their plan. However, mandatory system templates required for the operation of the Free ERP and its communication ecosystem cannot be disabled.
When the wallet balance reaches zero:
Temporary suspension due to insufficient wallet balance does not automatically terminate the institution's EduApp account.
Institutional data will be handled according to EduApp's applicable data retention, privacy, backup, and account termination policies.
The Free ERP benefit is intended for genuine institutional use. EduApp reserves the right to apply reasonable usage limits, anti-abuse controls, technical restrictions, or plan-specific conditions to protect the platform and maintain service quality.
Minimum recharge amount, wallet validity, messaging rates, included ERP modules, user limits, storage, communication limits, API access, and other benefits may vary according to the selected EduApp plan.
EduApp may revise plans, pricing, features, or eligibility conditions with appropriate notice as applicable.
By activating or using a Wallet-Linked Free ERP plan, the institution acknowledges that the complimentary ERP facility is linked to its EduApp Communication Wallet and agrees to maintain the required wallet balance and comply with the applicable plan and communication policies.
